Badly run company, management bring it down a lot, very hard on people putting everybody on site under severe pressure constantly, big tip to newcomers conack take people from agencys cause the agencys charge 17 for the general operative and ten euro extra an hour as a fee for the company so they take people on direct for 4-5 months before the 6 month trails up amd ypur entitled to a contract with benefits they get rid of you just like that and it could be through text when you get home.very unprofessional and a bunch of users.seen thos happen to over 9 people when i worked there,they have no loyalties to workers great or bad.

I have been in conack for 2 years now and love working here, Conack have a very friendly helpful team. On first starting with them I was a slightly worried but straight away the team could not offer more help and welcoming. Within this friendly environment you have very professional staff who are great at what they do in every department. In my opinion very good to all staff no matter what grade and I could not recommend them enough. 

My time as a junior engineer at Conack Construction Company was a fantastic learning experience. I worked with an incredibly supportive team and often willing to offer help when I had questions or needed guidance. I was given the opportunity to involve myself in various construction tasks such as Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Proofing, Surveying, Management, Roofing, etc. Thus this provided with different skills and this often reflected in my academics as well, where I passed my placement year with a first class degree.

I had a brilliant time working with Conack as a general operative/ labourer. Management were extremely friendly and easy to reach in instances of difficulty. Payment was extremely generous and there existed a number of ways to secure more hours if needed. If you work hard, you’ll be recognised and rewarded for it. 

Conack is a great company with a strong emphasis on good management, fostering a supportive culture, and celebrating diversity. I personally found the interview process to be exceptionally smooth, reflecting their commitment to professionalism and efficiency.
