Working for Cpl onsite a social media platform is a good beginners job for people who just moved to Dublin from other countries and want to start working.
The salary is fair but depending on the shift and bonuses it can get a bit tight when you have to pay rent and commute. 
However, the management is becoming more and more micromanaging and so far I have been little impressed by management in general as internal positions get mostly filled with people who are friends with the people working in management. Those who work hard get overlooked while the ones who have always time to walk around and be very friendly and chatty with management get promoted.
People who speak languages that are hard to get can basically do whatever they like without much consequences as the company needs them more than being fair and treating everyone equally.

I worked for CPL at Facebook Project and the least I can say is that it was the worst Experience I've EVER had !!
No minimum benefits you only get paid per hour small money! No health insurance, sick leave, or even Holiday (yes, you don't have a holiday ! You have to work an entire month to get 2 days holiday), No salary increase or bonuses (doesn't matter how long you've been working), No permanent contract (temporary contract renewed every 3 to 6 month), unqualified management board !!! ....

well ... An absolute waist of time !!

I did learn something new everyday in CPL (on site Facebook). The team is very dynamic, progressive with fun and friendly environment. The management is always helpful and approachable. There is no hardest part in this job for me because everybody in the team was helpful to push the team to get to the target.

I joined Cpl for a new project with high potential and high expectations but the project turned out to be badly run since the first day, with a very difficult client, an absent program manager, a struggling director and managers.  I always heard good things about the company.  I want to believe it was an unfortunate project.

The CEO has no interest in rising salaries as they are 100% aware that they can find a new employee in a matter of seconds.
A typical day would start at 9 and finish at 5:30. Their offices are located in Dublin 4. Brand new and start-of-the-art offices, which make a huge contrast with the salaries they pay

Working in CPL is a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, requiring judgment to take the appropriate action based on policy within a specified timeframe.

I enjoyed working with the company, it was a good enviroment to be around and i was able to have a life and enjoy going to work on daily basis and it allowed me to push myself in the work enviroment.

Not a  very pleasant experience as the company doesn't seem be sure what they want to do. They are basically just  bending over backwards for their clients but have no regard for their employees.

It was a nice place to work it was evening shifts but this did not bother me and it was a considerable distance to travel.
The management was good to work with and so was the general teamwork.

The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting people from all around the world and learning about other cultures. I've learned a lot; how to be a team player, to make decisions individually, to improve organizational skills,..
