As the company continues its international expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and highly organised Sales & Marketing Executive to support the growth of our Airports, Tourism Boards, Capital Cities and Great Irish Bars programmes.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a fast growing international company.
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the company's marketing activities, social media presence, HubSpot CRM platform and sales pipeline reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure that marketing activity directly supports lead generation, business development and revenue growth.
This is a highly hands on role suited to someone who enjoys both creativity and structure. One day you may be building a LinkedIn campaign, the next managing a HubSpot workflow, creating email automation sequences, producing campaign reports or supporting the sales team with lead nurturing activities.
The successful candidate will become the central operational hub connecting marketing activity, customer engagement and sales performance.
About You
You are a highly motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast moving environment.
You have strong marketing instincts, excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing, technology, AI and relationship building.
You are comfortable working with CRM systems, social media platforms, AI tools and marketing automation tools, while also having the commercial awareness to understand how marketing activity contributes to sales performance and business growth.
You enjoy analysing data, improving processes and creating campaigns that generate measurable results.
What You Can Expect
Marketing & Content
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Develop content for LinkedIn, social media, websites, webinars and industry events
- Support the creation of promotional materials, presentations, case studies and sales collateral
- Work with management to communicate the InflightFlix value proposition to international audiences
- Assist with webinar promotion, event marketing and industry engagement activities
Social Media & Community Building
- Manage all company social media channels
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Build online communities around the InflightFlix brand
- Engage with airports, destinations, tourism organisations and industry professionals online
- Monitor industry conversations and identify engagement opportunities
- Grow audience reach, engagement levels and brand awareness
- Support thought leadership campaigns for the company's senior leadership team
HubSpot CRM Management
- Own and manage the HubSpot CRM platform
- Maintain data quality, segmentation and database integrity
- Create and manage workflows, automation sequences and lead nurturing campaigns
- Build and maintain contact lists, pipelines and reporting dashboards
- Manage lead scoring and customer journey workflows
- Support sales and marketing alignment through effective CRM management
Sales Support & Pipeline Management
- Support the business development team in managing opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Ensure all prospect and customer activity is accurately recorded in HubSpot
- Produce weekly sales pipeline reports for senior management
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track campaign performance and lead conversion metrics
- Provide management with insights on pipeline health, forecast opportunities and sales activity
Business Development Support
- Assist with lead generation activities and outbound marketing campaigns
- Research and identify potential customers and partners
- Support prospect engagement and follow-up communications
- Coordinate marketing initiatives designed to convert prospects into customers
- Help build long-term relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders
What We Expect
- 2+ years experience in marketing, sales, CRM management or a related business role
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital engagement
- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Comfortable analysing data and producing management reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in tourism, aviation, media or technology sectors would be advantageous
- Experience producing webinars, online events or community engagement campaigns would be beneficial
