Full job description

We are looking to add an experienced Sales Agent to our team. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team working in a fast paced, customer focused business.

This vacancy is an onsite position in Rhomu Ltd. Kilcormac, County Offaly.

Working in our team, you will:

Phone based role Managing inbound and outbound leads to conversion
Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
Communicating feedback to the Sales manager
Coordinating your efforts as part of a team and building a atmosphere of calibration

As a Sales Agent you will have:·

Proven track record in generating and closing sales in call centre environment
Experience in a busy sales role with challenging targets
The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet targets
Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner
Previous experience in selling consumer products an advantage
Previous experience in retaining customers an advantage
Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
